Petit - Ametyst

Petit is a wonderfully soft, 100% pure merino wool yarn. The tight twist provides a strong, durable surface and a lovely texture. The yarn has a matte look and colours turn out more subdued than on the superwash yarns. Petit is great for all types of projects except socks. Try it together with a mohair yarn or Pusling for heavier sweaters or on a larger needle for shawls.

The wool is 100 % mulesing free.

All yarn is hand dyed by me in small batches, and no two skeins are completely identical. This is part of the charm of hand dyed yarn. Please order all the yarn you need for your project at the same time to ensure the best colour match. I use only the best quality dyes and no unnecessary chemicals.
